Non-cRSP connections are not supported and in many cases do not work while on the Siemens Network (SNX).Use these links to login to cRSP, Furth is primary when making modifications. Only access is allowed from Irving.

  • cRSP SSL-VPN (Windows/Linux) - Used for secure access to PC’s
  • cRSP Gateway (Windows/Linux) - Additional cRSP component that forwards connections to other IP communicating devices via UDP/TCP.
  • Online Data Backup and Protection (Windows) - An automation system agnostic program used to perform automated backups of a monitored directory.
  • Visual BACnet (Windows) - An automation system agnostic program Captures BACnet Traffic to be analyzed by the cloud platform either manual
  • BASInfo (Windows) - An Insight/DMA specific program required for gathering data for multiple applications.
  • Proven Outcomes Reporting Tool - KPI Report for service customers
  • Automation Health Report (Windows) - General information and health report of the BAS System
  • APS/Advanced Proactive Services
  • Software Proxy (Windows) - An automation system agnostic program used for legacy systems that only support file output for trend data.
  • MSIB/Middleware Software for Integrated Buildings (Windows/X300) - An automation system agnostic program used to gather interval data from BACnet, P2 Ethernet and Modbus TCP Devices.
  • SiteExplorer (Windows/Insight/DMA) - Required for building a configuration for legacy Apogee Devices.
  • Modscan or equivalent for Modbus TCP testing/troubleshooting.
  • SPM/System Performance Monitoring (Windows) - Monitoring solution that uses an agent to communicate to Insight or Desigo CC for alarm and system monitoring.
  • NPDT/Network Performance Diagnostic Tool (Windows) - A Siemens Apogee specific program used for network performance reporting on legacy Apogee systems.
  • ABT Site (Windows) - A Siemens specific program used for DXR controllers.
  • iBA (Windows) - An Insight specific program for updating SAP Installed base.
  • Apogee Launchpad (Windows) - An Apogee specific program used to connect to current Apogee BACnet PXC Controllers, normally used when an Insight or supported DCC does not exist.
  • Telnet (Any) - Used to connect to Any Apogee controller, typically for troubleshooting.
  • Looper (Windows) - Specifically needs a Trend Interval Report from Insight/DMA to run.
  • CAP+ (Insight/DMA) - An Apogee specific service requiring an Application Subpoint Display Report.
  • Smart Building Recorder - Can only be installed on a Siemens PC and cannot be ran remotely at this time.

The RSS team does not directly respond to security/risk assessments, the PSS team is the official responder to these assessments. Please ask the requestor to go to the PSS SharePoint and they will find the process for submitting your request to them.
